Terms of Use

Effective: October 30, 2026 · Brand: Local Gutter Leads

1. Who we are

Local Gutter Leads operates a website that connects homeowners seeking gutter-related services with independent local contractors. We are not a contractor, general contractor, or home-improvement company. We do not install, repair, or warrant any gutter work.

2. Quote requests

Submitting a form is a request to be matched and contacted — not a contract to buy services. Contractors set their own prices, schedules, licenses, and warranties. You are responsible for verifying contractor credentials (license, insurance) before hiring.

3. Eligibility

You must be 18+ and able to enter a binding agreement. You represent that the information you submit is accurate and that you are the homeowner or an authorized decision-maker for the property named.

4. Communications consent

If you provide prior express written consent via the form checkbox, communications may occur as described there and in our Privacy Policy. You may revoke consent as described on the form.

5. Prohibited use

Do not misuse the site (fraudulent leads, scraping, interference, illegal activity, or submitting others’ contact info without authority).

6. Intellectual property

Site content is owned by us or licensors. You may not copy it for commercial use without permission.

7. Disclaimers

THE SITE AND MATCHING SERVICE ARE PROVIDED “AS IS.” WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT A CONTRACTOR WILL CONTACT YOU, PROVIDE A QUOTE, OR PERFORM WORK.

8. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR CONTRACTOR ACTS/OMISSIONS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SITE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF $100 OR THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US (IF ANY) IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the site or inaccurate information you submit.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where consumer-protection law of your state requires otherwise. Venue for disputes not subject to mandatory consumer protections shall be state or federal courts located in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina, unless applicable law requires a different venue.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a new version. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
